Loyco Digital Gift Cards offer a seamless way to sell, deliver, and redeem gift cards across both physical and online stores. With direct integration into Front Systems (POS) and Shopify (webshop), retailers can offer a consistent, digital-first gift card experience — no physical cards or manual processes required.

How It Works

Loyco’s integration allows you to manage digital gift cards directly through the sales systems you already use:

  • In-store with Front Systems POS: Staff can sell and redeem gift cards during checkout, with digital delivery via SMS.
  • Online with Shopify: Customers can purchase and use gift cards directly through your webshop, without the need for shipping or additional apps.

Selling Digital Gift Cards

In-store: Gift cards are sold directly from the POS. Staff select a gift card, enter or choose a fixed amount, and after payment, the customer instantly receives their gift card via SMS.

Online: Gift cards are listed in your webshop. After completing the purchase, the gift card is automatically delivered to the buyer by SMS — ready for immediate use or as a gift.

Redeeming Digital Gift Cards

In-store: Customers show the gift card from their phone. The staff scan the code in the POS, and the amount is deducted automatically. Partial payment with remaining balance is supported.

Online: Customers apply their gift card code during checkout. The order amount is adjusted automatically, and if there is a balance remaining, a new gift card is generated and sent by SMS.
